Meet the Founder & Licensed Aesthetician
A Chattanooga native with a deep passion for skin health and beauty, Bri began her journey in nursing before following her heart to aesthetics. A Chattanooga State graduate and National Technical Honor Society inductee, she brings five years of skincare experience and over a decade as a self-employed makeup artist. Her approach combines clinical knowledge, artistic skill, and intuitive care.
Bri specializes in personalized, results-driven treatments like Facials, Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, and her signature favorite—HydraFacials. Her philosophy is simple: skincare should be both effective and refreshing.
What sets Bri apart is her client-first approach—blending advanced skincare science with genuine care. She takes the time to understand each client’s skin and story, creating tailored experiences that go beyond the surface. For Bri, this work is more than a business—it’s a calling to help others feel radiant and confident in their skin.
Outside of the treatment room, Bri enjoys playing guitar, singing, painting, and watching Marvel movies—while still being captivated by the Twilight saga.

Carlicia Woodruff brings a dynamic blend of business expertise and healthcare insight to Radiance by Bri. She holds a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies with a focus in Business and Healthcare Administration from East Tennessee State University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
Carlicia’s professional journey has been marked by a passion for excellence and a proven track record in leadership—particularly within startup environments, where her ability to build and guide strong teams has consistently stood out.
When it comes to skincare, Carlicia’s go-to treatment is a hydrating facial—she loves how refreshing and restorative it feels, both for the skin and the spirit.
Outside of the spa, you’ll find her unwinding with her favorite anime series or spending time with her beloved Frenchie pup. With a heart for people and a drive for excellence, Carlicia plays a key role in making every Radiance by Bri experience seamless, welcoming, and unforgettable.
Radiance Coordinator
The Radiance Coordinator is the first impression of Radiance By Bri and plays a vital role in creating a seamless, elevated spa experience. This person is responsible for managing the front desk, supporting clients throughout their visits, and ensuring the day-to-day flow of the spa is calm, welcoming, and efficient.
